One of the biggest draws in South Boston is the Seaport District. Although it is recognized with its own name, The Seaport neighborhood is technically a subsection of South Boston. Seaport is home to countless wharfs, the convention center and now many hotels, restaurants and newly erected skyscraping residential towers being built. Today, Seaport is one of the fastest emerging neighborhoods in Boston as it continues to be redeveloped. Easily accessible to major highway routes including 90 and 93, Ferry Service and located just a few blocks to Boston’s Financial District make for a great neighborhood to live in.
